2018 Preventive Controls for Human Food Courses

  • Kannapolis, NC: January 31-February 2
  • Edenton, NC: April 11-13
  • Winston-Salem, NC: June 20-22
  • Wilmington, NC: August 22-24
  • Mills River, NC: October 3-5

The course cost is $250 (early bird rate at $200), which includes a follow-up visit with each participant to walk through their facility and personally help with their food safety plan. In addition to open-enrollment courses, are available to provide on-site training, as well.
